Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted broken wheat...1 small bowl
  2. Water...2 bowls
  3. Chopped carrot..2
  4. Peas...1/2 bowl
  5. Sweet corn..1/2 bowl
  6. Chopped Capsicum...1
  7. Diced potato..1-small
  8. Juice of half lemon
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Jeera..1 sp
  11. Turmeric powder.,1small sp
  12. Red chilli powder..,1small sp
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Peel wash and chop carrots,capsicum and potato
  2. Wash peas and corn.
  3. Take a pressure cooker.
  4. Add oil.
  5. Add whole Jeera,let it crackle.
  6. Add veggies.
  7. Now take broken wheat.
  8. Once veggies are sauted,add broken wheat with salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
  9. Add water and mix well.
  10. Close the lid of pressure cooker.
  11. Let 3/4 whistles come.
  12. Once cooker is coolled,open the lid.
  13. Plate this tasty and healthy dalia.
  14. Sprinkle coriander.
