Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Millet 1/3 cup
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  4. Turmeric 1tsp
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Saffron 4-5 strands soaked in coconut milk
  7. Jaggery powder 2 tsp
  8. Toasted Almonds, Cashew, Pumpkin seeds


  1. Wash the millet well and cook in water. Once its cooked through, add the turmeric, cardamom powder, coconut milk, and the jaggery. powder.
  2. Cook for another a few minutes till the mixture is thick and creamy. You can add more liquid if you prefer a thinner consistency. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
  3. Top with the saffron soaked coconut milk, nuts and seeds.
