ABOUT Fishy Triangles RECIPE

One more experiment with seafood. in case there is any fish your folks do not like, this recipe will solve your delimma. also ive used my sandwich maker to make it. very less on oil. can be pan fried or grilled too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. boneless, skinless fish - 500 grams
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  3. chopped green chilli - 1 tablespoon
  4. chopped onion - 3 tablespoon
  5. garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. gram flour - 1 tablespoon
  7. egg white - 1 ( well beaten)
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Oil - 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain all water from fish.
  2. Add in all the ingredients except oil. Use your hands and mix n the fish well.
  3. Refrigirate for 40 minutes.
  4. Preheat your sandwich maker / griller / pan.
  5. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and flatten on your palm to give it a square shape.
  6. Drizzle some oil on the sandwich maker and add in the squares.
  7. Cook for about two minutes or till done. They will get the triangular shape of the sandwich maker.
  8. Serve hot with chutney.
