Crunchy salad rolled in rice paper, which can be served for snacks as well.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. rice paper 5sheets
  2. carrot cut in juielin
  3. cucumber cut in juielin
  4. tomato cut in juielin
  5. peanuts 1tbs
  6. Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  7. Salt pepper
  8. water for soak rice paper


  1. First cut all veggies . Take water in big flat tray for soaking rice paper. Soak it for one min. do it one by one.
  2. Remove it from water and soak on towel for one min. Add sweet chilli sauce, salt and pepper in veggies and add peanuts and green chilli. Mix them
  3. Then pour one tbsp salad in center of rice paper in line and make a roll of it. Slice the rolls, refrigerate them for few minutes and serve them chilled.
