  • mint leaves
  • ghee

How to make Vegetable dum biryani.

  1. Take a thick bottomed vessel. Add ghee 2 tsp Add all the whole garam masala Saute.add sliced onions little Add chopped beans carrot and cauliflower. Saute well Add salt, chilly powder,garam masala powder,simmer for 5min add chopped mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves. Add curd and mix well.
  2. Boil the soaked rice in a separate vessel with garam masala.. Remove some of the half cooked rice and add it to biryani masala. Wait for some time for rest of the rice to boil fully.The add the remaining fully cooked rice in to the Biryani masala. You can add mint leaves and coriander leaves, fried brown onion between the two layers
  3. Cover it with lid. Add weight on the lid so that the site does not go out. Simmer for 5 min.
  4. Serve with raitha
