Ingredients to make Tandoori alu paratha(wheat)

  • Boiled potatoes 5nos
  • wheat for dough
  • salt
  • chilly Powder 1tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Corriender chopped
  • oil for kneading dough

How to make Tandoori alu paratha(wheat)

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Until potatoes are boiling. Take wheat flour in a bowl.add salt. Add like warm water and knead a dough Apply oil .Cover with wet muslin cloth and set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl.mash the potatoes Add salt,garam masala,chat masala, chilly powder,chopped coriander. Mix well. Make small balls according to your preference.
  4. Take small amount of wheat dough. Make it in to a ball. Flaten it . Make it into basket shape. Place the potato mixture and cover it. Roll it and place it on tava or tandoor. Apply some oil after it has been cooked.
  5. Serve with pickle or mixed raitha

My Tip:

Let the dough rest for some time after kneading for best results.
