ABOUT Barbecue Pomfret Fish with Oyster Sauce RECIPE

A delicious pomphret fry made with some oyster sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pomfret fish - ½ kg
  2. Veg. oil –2 ½ table spoon
  3. garlic – ginger paste – 2 tea spoon
  4. ginger minced - 1 tea spoon
  5. black pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
  6. red chilli pepper dried – 1 tea spoon
  7. green capsicum – 25 gm
  8. yellow capsicum – 25 gm
  9. potato – 30 gm
  10. carrot – 30 gm
  11. green onion – 30 gm
  12. cabbage – 30 gm
  13. mushroom – 30 gm
  14. Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
  15. oyster sauce – 3 table spoon
  16. soy sauce – 1 table spoon
  17. lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
  18. salt as per taste
  19. Water as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean the fish.
  2. Sprinkle the lemon juice and rub both side with ginger-garlic paste, salt, some black pepper powder, some red chilli pepper, polish some veg oil &put on the Barbecue grill.
  3. After 4 min turn the fish on the Barbecue grill& grill fry again for 3-4 min. (While fish become reddish colour & soft set into the serving plate.)
  4. Finely thin long cut capsicum, potato, carrot, cabbage, mushroom.
  5. Take a hot wok or pan pour 2 table spoon veg oil &add minced ginger fry high flame then add cut green onion, potato, carrot, cabbage, mushroom, till golden brown then add water,corn flour & salt mix it well for 5 min.
  6. Then add black pepper powder, oyster sauce & soy sauce stir it well for 2-3 minute & remove the gas flame.
  7. Place the Barbecue pomfret fish into the dish & pour on fish with oyster sauce mixture &decorate with veggies.
  8. Serve hot with red chilly sauce or garlic burnt sauce as per choice.
