Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. sooji 1/2 cup
  2. Bread slices 6
  3. Grated carrot 1
  4. onion 1 medium
  5. cabbage small 1/4
  6. tomato 1 small
  7. capsicum 1
  8. salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Milk 1/2 cup
  11. malai 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add sooji [semolina] in it. Add milk and mix them well. Keep aside for 10 min.
  2. Grate carrot, finely chop onion, cabbage, tomato and capsicum.
  3. Add these vegetables and salt and pepper powder in sooji mixture.
  4. Add malai and mix well.
  5. Heat a pan and take a slice of bread. Spread the above mixture on one side of slice and drizzle some oil over it
  6. Turn the slice and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins on slow flame. Prepare remaining slices like this. Your toasts are ready.
