Ingredients to make Aloo tikki chaat

  • For tikki : 4-5 medium boiled potato
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  • salt as per taste.
  • For chaat:
  • 2-3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp coriander chutney
  • 1 tsp meethi chutney
  • Namkeen bhujiya
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • amchur powder
  • Chaat masala

How to make Aloo tikki chaat

  1. Mash the boil potato, add other ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan , make ball of potato and with the help of your palm give a small shape like peda and roast it in oil til it gets brown from both the sides. Make all in same way.
  3. Take a plate put the tikki now put curd on top of it and one by one put all the other ingredients.
