ABOUT Malai paneer wrap(wheat) RECIPE

This wrap is made by paneer and malai. Main ingredient is wheat flour. Kids also like this recipe. This recipe can be made any season.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Semolina 1 cup
  3. Mashed paneer 1 bowl
  4. Finely grated coconut 1 cup
  5. Chiraunjee 1/2 cup
  6. Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Malai 1 cup
  8. Sugar Powder 1/2 cup
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl add mashed paneer, grated coconut, sugar powder, chiraunjee and green cardamom powder. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Take another bowl add wheat flour and semolina. Add water and make a smooth batter with proper consistency.
  3. Now heat a frying pan brush with refine oil. Spread batter and bake till light brown.
  4. Now stuffed with mixed filling and wrap. Let it room temperature. Open the wrap one side again fill with malai and fold the wrap.
  5. Serve in a plate cut into equal segment. See the melted malaise will come out. Eat each segment at a time will feel the creamy texture.
