Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 1kg
  2. Onion 3
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Green Chilli 4
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  8. Mango powder - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Besan 2 cups
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes, peel and keep aside. Heat a wok with some oil and then add the chopped onion, once they are golden brown, then add tomato and chopped chillies.
  2. Now add salt , chilly powder , turmeric powder, dry mango powder according to your taste
  3. Now add boiled potato and mix it properly
  4. Take a bowl add 2 cups Besan, add salt, chilly powder.
  5. Make thick paste now make the balls of that spicy potato mix, we made and dip in the batter and deep fry it
  6. Serve hot with chutney
