Ingredients to make Veg garlic bread

  • salt to taste
  • Boiled beans 1/2 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes 5-6 piece
  • onion -1
  • Boiled Baby corn 1/2 cup
  • Dry parsley 1/2 tea spoon
  • butter
  • garlic 3-4 cloves
  • green chillies -1
  • Cheese
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon
  • French loaf bread
  • Bellpaeper (green) 1/2 cup
  • Chilly flackes1/2 tea spoon
  • Orrgano 1/2 tea spoo

How to make Veg garlic bread

  1. Apply butter on both the Sides of french loaf bread and put it in fridge for 1-2 min
  2. Take a bowl add small chopped bell peppers ,cherry tomatoes, beans, baby corn,finely chopped garlic and chilly,herbs(chilly flakes,oregano,dry parsley), cheese, salt,fine chopped onion, pepper, and mix it well...Marinate it for 5 min.....
  3. Take out bread from freez and grill it on pan at very slow flame for 5 min... Grill both the Sides of once both sides of bread are light brown in colour add the marinated mixture of veggies and put cheese on it...
  4. Cook the bread for 2-3 min at very slow flame... After that take off the cheesy garlic bread and serve with tomato ketchup.
