Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish fillets 6
  2. A teaspoon methi seed powder
  3. A teaspoon red chilly powder
  4. A teaspoon haldi powder
  5. Juice of one small lime
  6. One teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  7. Pinch of pepper, ajwain powder and jeera powder
  8. Hung curd mixed with coriander, salt, pinch of pizza mix
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillets and marinade with the ingredients
  2. Tawa fry the fillets until done. Chop the fillets into coarse pieces
  3. Slightly steam left over roti.
  4. Once they are slightly freshened, apply the mixture of hung curd, Arrange the chopped fish in the middle. Garnish with sliced onions, chopped coriander. Wrap the roti. Serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
