Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled peanuts
  2. Small onion-5-6
  3. tomato-1
  4. Green chilly-1/2
  5. Grated carrot-1/2
  6. Grated Mango-1 big slices
  7. Coriander leaves - little amount
  8. Lemon-1/2
  9. Garam Masala -to taste
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. oil-1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the peanuts in a cooker for 3-4 whistles and kept off
  2. Chaat: Add onion cut into Tiny sizes Add chopped Tomato slices Then add finely chopped chillies into it
  3. Add finely Grated carrots
  4. Then add Grated mangoes
  5. Add boiled peanuts
  6. Add Masala and salt here
  7. Pour 1 tbsp of oil and give a good stir
  8. Finally squeeze lemon juice over the chaat
  9. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
