Radish and Spinach Curry

Ingredients to make Radish and Spinach Curry

  • radish: 4
  • spinach : 2 to 3 bunches
  • green chillies : 2 to 3
  • garlic : 4 cloves
  • Dhaniya Powder : 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt as per the taste

How to make Radish and Spinach Curry

  1. Chop the Radish as well as the leaves into medium size pieces.Chop Spinach as well.
  2. Cut 2 green chillies and peel and chop the 4 garlic cloves
  3. Keep the cooker on low heat, add 1 tsp oil, and then add the jeera , green chillies and garlic
  4. Add the radish and spinach together and stir it well
  5. Add the salt as per the taste, red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder and Turmeric
  6. Close the lid of the cooker. Wait for 4 whistles and the off heat.Let it stand for some time for the flavours to develop.
  7. Take out the curry in a bowl and it is ready to be served.
