Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat pasta - half a packet
  2. onion - 2 chopped
  3. tomato - 1 chopped
  4. ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  5. pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  6. salt as needed
  7. butter -1 tbsp
  8. all purpose flour - 1/4 cup
  9. Milk - 1 cup
  10. Italian dried herbs - 1 tbsp
  11. Oil - 1 tbsp
  12. few coriander leaves chopped
  13. garam masala - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil. Add the garam masala and fry for a minute. Next add in the onions and fry.
  2. In a big pot of water, boil pasta until done. Drain and save for later. Add the ginger-garlic paste to it and fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry well. In another pan and add butter, once melted add the flour and mix well.
  4. Now add milk to this, boil and stir until no lumps.
  5. Add this milk mixture to the onion - tomato sauce and add salt, pepper powder, dried herbs and mix well.
  6. Now add the pasta to this and finally add chopped coriander and serve warm with the sauce.
