This is a Mexican cocktail, full of flavours, fresh & truly a pleasure to have,as an appetizer for anytime of the year.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big crab legs 8
  2. Water 1 1/2 cups
  3. Chicken or fish stock,cube 1
  4. Lime juice 1/2 lime
  5. Tomato juice 1/2 cup
  6. Ketcup 1/4 cup
  7. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp
  8. Tomato ,chopped 1/2 cup
  9. Small onion,chopped 1/4 cup
  10. Cucumber,chopped 1/4 cup
  11. Coriander leaves 1tbsp
  12. Chilli,chopped 1
  13. Salt
  14. Sugar,one or two pinch,to adjust taste. ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook crab legs,in the given quantity of watet. Remove & take out the flesh. Keep aside 1/4 cup of the water too.
  2. In a bowl,mix,tomato juice,ketchup, lime juice,Worcestershire sauce,crab cooked water & salt. Mix well.
  3. Then add chopped ingredients, cucumber,tomato,onion ,chilli & coriander leaves. Mix well. If u like u can add a pinch of sugar too to adjust taste.it is optional.
  4. Cover the bowl & keep in fridge,for minimum 1 hr.
  5. Serve chilled.
