Morning breakfast with rice cheele, is great. Rice cheele are easy to digest, and healthy also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1. Rice flour 1 bowl.
  2. 2. Gram flour 1 spoon
  3. 3. Curd 1/2 bowl
  4. 4. Ginger - Garlic paste 1 spoon
  5. 5. Green chilly 1-2 ( cutted)
  6. 6. Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  7. 7. Salt as per your taste
  8. 8. Oil 1 small bowl
  9. 9. Warm Water 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix gram flour and salt in rice flour.
  2. 2. Add Ginger - Garlic paste, green chilly and cumin seeds.
  3. 3. All ingredients mix and add curd & water.
  4. 4. Mix 2 spoons oil, stirring continues for 2 mins.
  5. 5. 'On' the gas stove button, put dosa tawa for heat.
  6. 6. On tawa drop 1 big spoon of mixture , and spread it.
  7. 7. Drop 1 spoon oil on cheela, shallow fry from both sides.
  8. 8. Make remaining cheele from mixture, as above 6-7 steps.
