Goodness of whole wheat with left over Moong dal into crispy twists and baby puris .Ajwain ,onions and cummin gives the healthy touch and taste Quick and tasty !

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 1cup cooked moong dal
  3. 1/2 tspn Carromseeds/Ajwaain
  4. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  5. 1cup fine cut onions
  6. 1 tspn cummin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Corriander chopped
  9. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. Add chopped onion , carrom seeds and cummin to the flour
  3. To this add the ready Dal and sum spices mentioned
  4. Knead flour mixing well and grease with 2-3 spoons of oil
  5. Rest flour till oil to deep fry gets hot
  6. Roll into a roti well and cut strips and rwist while frying
  7. Fry well remove as golden in colour
  8. Can also make small poori types
  9. Serve hot or keep in Airtight boxes
