Bekti/Bhetki fish with a hint of cheese and baked..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 full KOLKATA BETKI fillet
  2. Salt to taste
  3. green/red/yellow bellpepper juliened 1 each
  4. 200 gm onion cut and fried a little
  5. 100 gm cheese
  6. 1TBSP CUMIN POWDER
  7. 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  8. 1 TEASP LIME JUICE
  9. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 3 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  11. 4 tbsp Butter
  12. 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillet with salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,cumin powder,lime juice and keep aside for 15 mins.
  2. brush oil on fish & then cover the fillet with bellpepper,onion,cheese, cornflour.Add butter from top.
  3. preheat oven for 10 mins.Then bake it for 15 mins at 180 degree.
  4. Serve hot with saffron rice.
