ABOUT Blueberry Current RECIPE

I had a lot of blueberries at home. A quick look at the pantry and I knew what I would be serving for breakfast that day. A quick, refreshing smoothie filled with the goodness and richness of health and taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blueberries 30 gms
  2. Grated coconut 2-3 tbsp
  3. Jaggery - 2 tbsp
  4. honey 1 tbsp
  5. Milk - 1/4 cup
  6. Thick Curd - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and keep the blueberries aside. Boil the milk and cool it to room temperature.
  2. In the jar of your food processor put in all the ingredients and grind until smooth.
  3. You can also add apples, grapes or strawberries to your liking. Serve chilled.
