Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken breast – 2
  2. All Purpose flour – 100grams
  3. Nando’s Peri-Peri sauce – 1bottle
  4. Corn flakes – 200grams approximately
  5. Pepper powder – little
  6. Salt – according to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wide plate, add salt and pepper powder to all purpose flour and mix well.
  2. In another wide bowl crush Cornflakes coarsely with fingers.
  3. In another wide bowl pour half bottle Peri-Peri sauce.
  4. Cut chicken to medium size slices.
  5. Using tongs coat chicken well in all purpose flour.
  6. Dip in peri-peri sauce and then in Cornflakes. Make sure all sides are covered well. Repeat for the rest.
  7. Arrange in baking tray. Spray cooking oil (optional).
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20minutes @220°C.
  9. Serve hot.
