ABOUT Heart milk cake with grated chocholate RECIPE

This heart shaped milk cake is sure to win your betterhalf's heart. Grated chocholate on top of milk cake gives extra cruncy effect.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 500ml
  2. Sugar- 100 gms
  3. Chopped badam and cashew nuts- 3 spoons
  4. Badam powder- 2 tbsp
  5. Agar agar powder- half pack
  6. Kit kat chocholate- 1
  7. Choco chips - to decorate

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and then add sugar, badam powder, chopped nuts and stir well foe 5 minutes.
  2. Add agar agar powder and keep stirring so that it will not burn at the bottom of the vessel.
  3. When the consistency is thick, switch off the stove and pour it into round shapes or square shaped bowl.
  4. Let it set for 30 minutes and keep it in refrigerator.
  5. Just before you wish to gift to your sweet heart, take a heart shaped cutter and press it into your set chilled milk cake.
  6. Remove the heart shape carefully with a flat spatula and place it in a serving plate
  7. Now take kit kat chocholate and grate it on the heart cake
  8. After grating, with your fingers , just make a heart shape so that the grated chocholate will be moved to sides .
  9. Decorate with choco chips and the left kit kat chocholate
