Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rose syrup 2 tsp as needed
  2. Strawberry jelly 2 tbsp
  3. Vanilla ice cream 2 scoop
  4. Tutti Frooti - 2 tsp
  5. Cashews, pistachios, almonds - chopped 2 tsp(Optional)
  6. Falooda sev/vermicelli - ½ cup
  7. Basil seeds 2 tsp
  8. Water 2 cups
  9. Full fat milk 2 cup
  10. Sugar 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. To prepare falooda sev recipe first, boil a cup of water and then add falooda sev and switch off the flame.
  2. To prepare basil seeds recipe, take 2 tsp of sabja seeds in a small cup,add 1 cup of water and keep aside for 30 minutes.Basil seeds will swell absorbing the water.
  3. To prepare rose milk preparation in a thick bottomed vessel boil 2 cups of full fat milk and then add 2 tsp of sugar and continue to boil for another minute.
  4. cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Add 2 tspoons of rose syrup in a vessel and transfer the cooled milk and mix well.keep aside.
  6. Take a tall (lengthly)glass,add 2 tsp of soaked basil seeds and then add cooked falooda sev.
  7. Add rose syrup along the edges of the glass and then pour the prepared rose milk.
  8. Place 1 tsp of strawberry jelly and top up with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and garnish with tutti Frooti & chopped dry fruits(optional).
  9. Serve falooda immediately
