Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grm prawns deveined
  2. For boiling,2 medium size tomato roughly chopped
  3. 1 medium size onion roughly chopped
  4. 1/2 cup fresh coriender
  5. 5-6 coriender stem fresh
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1 Cinnamon stick
  8. 2 BLACK CARDAMOM
  9. 2 green cardamom
  10. 2-3 cloves
  11. 4-5 black pepper
  12. 4-5 garlic cloves
  13. 2 Kashmiri red chilli
  14. 1 star flower,1 patathar ka phool
  15. 8-10 cashew nut
  16. 1 and 1/2 tsp coriender seeds
  17. For prawns fry,1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  19. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  20. Salt to taste
  21. For gravy,1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  22. 3 tsp tomato puree
  23. 1 tsp jaggery paste(as per taste of sweetness)
  24. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  25. 1/4 tsp termeric powder
  26. 1 and 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  27. 2 tsp fresh curd
  28. 3/4 cup fresh coconut cream
  29. 1/2 tsp home made garam masala
  30. Oil for cook and fry,salt to taste
  31. Fresh corriender and 2 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pan add all boiling masala and cook it till tomato break with spoon when done keep aside it to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all fry masala,salt and already wash with salt,lemon and termeric prawns and mix well,now heat oil in pan and fry this prawns and keep aside it.
  3. In other side when boiling mixture cool remove whole garam masala from it and transfer this mixture in grinding jar and make smooth paste of it and seive it with strainer for creame texture.
  4. Same pan in which fry prawns add ginger garlic paste,roaste it,add chilli and termeric powder in it when it roast add grind smooth paste in it and tomato puree,after a min add curd and salt in it and stirring it,if need add some water.
  5. When it roast add jaggery paste after a min add coconut cream in it and stir it,when all cook add Kasuri methi and fry prawns in it and cook for 2 min,add garam masala and butter in it and mix well.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriender
  7. Now serve hot with chappati or naan for more taste.
