Ingredients to make Chingri Do pyaaza

  • 500 grm prawns washed and deveined
  • 650 grm onion(paste and chopped)
  • 2 GREEN chilli CHOPPED
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped nicely
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped nicely
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 black pepper
  • 2 BLACK cardamom
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 star flower
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 3 tsp whisk curd
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • For prawns fry,1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste,oil for cooking
  • Fresh coriender chopped

How to make Chingri Do pyaaza

  1. First take onion devide and make 3-4 tsp paste and remaining chopped for fry.
  2. In a mixing bowl add fry masala in prawns and left for 10 min to marinate,after 10 min hot oil in pan and fry this prawns and keep aside it.
  3. Same pan add all whole garam masala when cracked add chopped onion in it when colour change add chopped ginger and garlic after 2 min add onion paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,chopped green chilli in it and simmer it.
  4. Now add whisk curd it and some water to nicely simmer it.when all done and garam masala and fry prawns in it and mix well.after 2 min switch of gas and sprinkle some garam masala and fresh coriender over it.
  5. For more taste serve hot with chappati and lemon wedges.

Prawns is mix when ready to serve .
