Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat bread 6 slices
  2. Onion 1 Medium
  3. Tomato 1 Medium
  4. Capsicum 1 Small
  5. Sweet corn 4 tbsp
  6. Pizza sauce/tomato ketchup as required
  7. Salt To taste
  8. Pepper To taste
  9. Cheese as per taste

Instructions

  1. First finely cut the veggies, then add salt and pepper and keep aside.
  2. Cut the sides of the bread and roll the bread evenly using a rolling pin..
  3. Cut the bread into round shapes using a cutter or by using any round shape lid.
  4. Apply sauce on the bread and place it in the cup cake baking tray.
  5. Now add the mixed veggies in the cup shaped bread.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese of your choice on top and bake for 12-15 min under 350 deg F, until the cheese melts and the bread is brown on the sides.
