Barbeque Masala Prawns

Ingredients to make Barbeque Masala Prawns

  • 500 grm tiger prawns
  • For Matinate,1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp tobassco sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun spice
  • For Dry coating,1/2 corn flour
  • For Wet coating,1/2 corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 8-10 garlic cloves
  • For Sauce,1and 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun spice
  • 2 tsp tobassco sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Fresh spring onion
  • salt to taste
  • oil for fry

How to make Barbeque Masala Prawns

  1. Take deveined and wash tiger prawns,now add all marinate masala in it and mix well and keep aside it atleast for 15 min.
  2. After 15 min take corn flour and coat the prawns with it
  3. Heat oil in pan and in other side beat egg add black pepper and red chilli powder and salt in it and mix well
  4. First fry garlic cloves in it and when light brown out from oil Now dip one by one prawns in beaten egg and again coat it with dry corn flour and drop in hot oil to fry.
  5. When it light brown in colour and crisp take it out and like this fry all
  6. In other pan melt butter and immediately switch of gas now add tomato,tobassco,red chilli sauce,Cajun spice,spring onion and salt in it and mix well and mix crispi prawns in it and toss well .
  7. When all done serve it hot and crisp, immidietly when fry it to more taste,sprinkle some black pepper powder,Spring onion ,drop a spoon of butter and fried garlic cloves over it to more taste.

My Tip:

It is tasty,tangy and spicy so if u need Less and more amount of hotness for adding and reduce amount of sauce.
