ABOUT Coconut Pudding RECIPE

A creamy coconut pudding topped with nutty pralines.

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 cup Milk powder
6 tbsp coconut powder
1 tin condensed milk
10 gm gelatin
2 cup warm water
For pralines:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cashewnuts

Instructions

soak gelatin in water and dissolve it
In a mix jar add coconut powder,Milk powder,condensed milk ,gelatin,warm water and grind it until creamy then pour this into the moulds n refrigerate it fr 1 hrs
In a pan add sugar n caramslise it till golden brown then switch off the gas and add chopped nuts mix it and add to the plate n allow it to cool ,when cooled break into pieces and add to d top of the pudding n serve cold
