Ingredients to make Herbs Sea Food Pie

  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 1 portion Salmon
  • 1 Fillet Basa/ Rawas
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tblspn cornflour
  • 2-3 small green onion and stems
  • 1tspn oregano
  • 1/2 tspn dried basil crush
  • Fresh Dill
  • 1 Stick celery
  • 1/2 tspn corriander
  • 1/2 tspn crushed garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn white pepper
  • 2 tblspoon butter
  • 2 cubes cheese processed

How to make Herbs Sea Food Pie

  1. Cook the herbed white sauce- heat butter in a pan add the green onions chopped and all herbs saute
  2. Add salt pepper to the cold milk and mix in the corn flour well with all the dry herbs
  3. Now add the celery stick ,Dill andPrawns and cook 5 to ten minutes Cool and keep aside
  4. In the bake dish line with little butter pour half the white sauce with prawns
  5. Now place the basa and salmon and pour rest of the white sauce
  6. Cover the top with the grated boiled potatoes and cheese
  7. Bake on 240° for40 minutes
  8. Serve with your favourite salad and Brown bread Toast
