Momos with any stuffing is my favourite and tried this time with prawns

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Large sized prawns 10 - coarsely ground
  2. Spinach 1 small bunch finely chopped
  3. Cabbage 1/4 kg finely chopped
  4. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  5. Garlic 4 pods finely chopped
  6. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt accordingly
  8. Maida or all purpose flour 1/4 kg
  9. Refine oil 2-3 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Make a firm dough of the all purpose flour with little salt and let it rest for 20 minutes
  2. In a wok add 2 teaspoons oil and sauté the garlic and chilli pieces then add cabbage and spinach
  3. Stir well and then add the ground prawns .
  4. Add salt accordingly and stir well.
  5. Finally add the soya sauce and stir well. The veggies should not be over cooked. It should be crunchy.
  6. Let the prawns stuffing get cooled
  7. Meanwhile divide the dough into amla-sized balls
  8. Roll them into thin rounds and place tablespoon of the filling and roll them into momos.
  9. Steam the momos in a steamer and serve hot with chilli garlic sauce
