Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 to 5 medium-sized Boiled potato cut into cubes
  2. 5 to 6 Green Chillies
  3. 10 to 12 curry leaves
  4. 1 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds (small)
  5. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  7. 1 Tsp turmaric powder
  8. 1 tsp hing
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. 2 Tbsp fresh coriender leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes un pressure cooker (or in vessels) give 4 to 5 whistle
  2. Keep aside for cool then cut in cube size
  3. Take kadai add oil heat on low flame
  4. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , fennel seeds , fry in oil
  5. Add now curry leaves , green chillies , hing. Turmaric powder , salt to taste , few coriender leaves mix all together
  6. Now add cubed potatoes mix well keep lid 3 to 4 min turn off flame
  7. Garnish with fresh coriender leves
  8. Serve with Puri, chapati or Varan Bhat
