Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 carrots
  2. 3-4 capsicum (green yellow red one of each)
  3. 8-10 French beans
  4. 2-3 Onions
  5. 3-4 Tomatoes
  6. 5-6 Cherry Tomatoes
  7. 2-3 Potatoes
  8. 50 grams paneer
  9. 1 small cauliflower
  10. 4-5 baby onion
  11. 3-4 green chillies
  12. 2-3 dry red chillies
  13. 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
  14. 1 tsp Soya sauce
  15. 3 tsp white vinegar
  16. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  17. 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  18. 1 tbsp oil
  19. Salt according to taste
  20. Oil as required to fry

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrot, capsicum, french beans, paneer in julienne style (long strips). Cut small florets shapes of the cauliflower.
  2. Next, cut the onions and potatoes in round shapes. Deseed the tomatoes and cut them in julienne style.
  3. Deep fry all the vegetables except the cherry tomatoes. Take them out from the oil and keep aside.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add in cumin seeds and let them turn golden in colour. Add in the green chillies (slit them in between). Saute it for 2-3 min.
  5. Now add cherry tomatoes& juliened cut tomatoes in it and shallow fry it for 2-3 min. Add all the fried vegetables and mix them gently.
  6. Now take a small bowl. Mix the vinegar,chilli sauce and salt in the bowl. Pour this mixture on the vegetables.
  7. Now add in the soya sauce, ajinomoto and crushed dry red chillies into it. Stir them gently.
  8. Relish this jalfrezi with plain naan.
