Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cup Scrapped coconut (Fresh)
  2. 2 cup sugar
  3. 2 CUP MILK
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 1 tbsp Ghee (sajuk tup)
  6. 2 tbsp pistachio flakes (optional )
  7. 1 tsp kesar
  8. 10 To 12 black raisins

Instructions

  1. Scrape the coconut (Do not take brown part) Take only white portion
  2. In a heated kadai add the scraped coconut and stir on a medium flame for 2 to 3 min
  3. Now add milk and sugar mix all together
  4. Cook on a medium flame until mixture thicken, continually stirring, it will take time 25 to 30 min
  5. Now reduce the flame add cardamom powder, pistachio flakes, few strands of kesar mix with light hand
  6. Now turn off flame keep aside for normal temperature
  7. Now take ghee spread on both palm take mixture and make a ladoo size as you required mostly medium size look better
  8. Set in a dish keep open for a set 10 to 15 min
  9. Garnish with black raisins and keasr
