Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli batter 4 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Eno fruit salt one tsp
  4. Spinach blanch and boiled
  5. Beet peeled and boiled
  6. Two green chillies
  7. One tsp ginger
  8. for tempering-
  9. Oil 2tbsp
  10. curry leaves
  11. Mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Step no. 1- blend spinach ,green chilli and ginger and make puree Step no. 2- blend beet.cuillo and ginger and make puree Step no.3- devide idling batter in 2parts and mix spinach puree in one part and mix beet puree in second part. Step no..4- mix enough in both batter. Step no.5- now pour one part of batter in dhokla plate.and second part also in other dhokla plate and steam them. Step no.6- when idli ready take cutters of different shape and size cut them. Step no.7- take pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.make tempering and temper idlies.
