Ingredients to make Cupcake

  • 3/4 Cup greek yoghurt (hung curd)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

How to make Cupcake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180*c
  2. Line,a cupcake pan with cupcakes liners
  3. Sift all purpose flour and baking powder keep aside
  4. Take bowl mix a butter and the sugar whisk till creamy
  5. Now add egg , vanilla essence whisk again
  6. Add yoghurt whisk well then add in flour mixture
  7. Whisk until everything is well incorporated and there are no lumps left
  8. Make nice batter
  9. Make three parts
  10. 1. Add orange extract and few drop of orange colour
  11. 2. Add strawberry extract and few drop of strawberry red colour
  12. Devine the batter between the cupcakes liners and take to the oven
  13. Bake for 15 min or until the knife clean out
  14. Take out of the oven and let them cool
  15. Serve with plain or make butter, cheese , fresh cream frosting

My Tip:

Here I used egg. if we want eggless, we can minus the egg, then add pinch a baking soda.
