Ingredients to make Malai paneer

  • Low fat paneer homemade 200gms
  • onion chopped 1
  • tomato chopped 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • green chilly 2
  • Corainder leaves
  • Corainder powder
  • salt
  • red chilly powder
  • turmeric
  • Kasoori methi
  • malai 1 katori
  • cumin seeds 1tsp

How to make Malai paneer

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add oil 5 tsp
  3. Add cumin seeds
  4. Add chopped onions
  5. Make them golden
  6. Add ginger garlic paste
  7. Add tomatoes
  8. Add all dry ingredients as per your taste as mentioned .
  9. Make a thick gravy
  10. Add cubes of paneer
  11. Now slow tge flame cook for 5 minutes
  12. Now add 8 spoons of malai or as per requirements. Garnish with kasoori methi.
