Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana - 400 gms
  2. Potatoes - boiled 3 Big
  3. Roasted peanuts - half cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 / 2 tspn
  6. Coriander leaves- 2 to 3 tbspn
  7. Green chilly - 2 to 3 ( adjust to taste )
  8. Red chilly powder - half tspn (optional )
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the sabudana for 3 to 4 hrs....with very little water
  2. Later mash the potatoes and mix with the soaked sago.
  3. In the meantime coarse grind the peanuts & green chilly
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves, salt, turmeric & red chilly pwdr.
  5. Mix well all the ingredients except oil... Shape into small flat tikkis & deep fry till nice and crisp from both sides....
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
