Ingredients to make Murgh-e-malwani

  • 3 chicken leg pieces well washed
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 n half tsp
  • Malwani masala 2 tbsp
  • lemon one full
  • Kasuri methi crushed 1 n haf tsp
  • Red food colour half tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Murgh-e-malwani

  1. Wash and Pat dry the chicken pieces well . Once done make slits on it so that the masala s get absorbed well .Add all the masala well to the chicken along with salt and cover it with cling film and leave it overnight . Heat the tandoor or a nonstck pan with some oil and cook the pieces well until tender . Bast the chicken with butter while cooking .Serve it with lemon wedges , chutney and onion rings
