Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken leg pieces 3
  2. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 n half tsp
  3. Malwani masala 2 tbsp
  4. Red food colour 1 tsp
  5. Kasuri methi crushd 1 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice 1 full
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 n half tsp oil
  9. Butter for basting


  1. Wash the chicken pieces well and Pat dry it with paper towel make . . .
  2. Make slits to it so that all the spices get absorbed well
  3. Mix all the masala well including salt .Add some oil to it and leave the to marnate in the fridge overnight
  4. Preheat the oven or nonstick pan and cook well .Bast it with butter while cooking .Serve with onion rings n chutney
