Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. rice 2 cups
  2. urad dal 1 cup
  3. Bengal granm 2 tbsp
  4. methi seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Sangu (tapioca )seeds 1/4 cup
  6. onions 1 chopped thin
  7. carrot 1 gratted
  8. Corriander leaves a hand full
  9. salt 1 tsp


  1. Soak ur dal and rice for 4-5 hrs
  2. Grind into fine paste
  3. Add salt mix well and let it ferment for 6 hrs
  4. Add onions, carrot, green chilli ,cirriander seeds and mix well
  5. Take a paniyram pan heat it rub little oil in each hole add 1 tsp or according to the size of ur pan and heat on high heat covered with a lid once u find small bubbles on top and the mixture is not wet try flipping them and cook again until it's cooked
