  • 1/2 kg strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

How to make Strawgo blanch:oden:

  1. Wash the strawberries and mangoes.
  2. Peel off the mango and cut the strawberries.
  3. Slightly heat a pan . Add a few drops of olive oil.
  4. Till the oil is getting heated, with the help of the heart shaped cutter cut the mango in the shape.
  5. Put the heart shaped mangoes and strawberries in the pan and add 2 tablespoons of honey and then switch off the nob.
  6. One by one put the mangoes and strawberries simultaneously in the toothpick.
  7. After doing this put the mixture of strawgo in a plate wrapped in silver foil paper.
  8. The last step is to sprinkle castor sugar over the strawgo blanch.

My Tip:

It's better if u eat it hot as the castor sugar and honey mixture will make the strawgo a little soggy after about 2 hrs if not kept in the refrigerator.
