Easy and quick cake to make for someone special..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1cup
  2. Milk powder 4tbsp
  3. Sugar powder 1/2cup
  4. Milk as needed
  5. Coco powder 2tsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
  7. Strawberries sliced 4-5
  8. Melted white chocolate for garnish..
  9. Sprinklers
  10. Fruit salt/eno 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Seive all the dry ingredients togather in a vessel exept eno
  2. Add milk and vanilla essence and make a idali like batter
  3. Keep aside this batter for 10 mins
  4. When your steamer is ready add eno to the batter and mix very well
  5. Greese the idli mould with some butter pour batter to it
  6. Place strawberries on the top of it and keep it for steaming
  7. After 10 min check if done turn off the gas and let it cool down for some time
  8. Garnish with melted white chocolate and sprinklers and serve
