Ingredients to make Chocolate mousse

  • Dark compound chocolate 100gms
  • Fresh amul cream 200gms
  • Whipped cream (tropolite) 1cup

How to make Chocolate mousse

  1. Whip heavy cream till soft picks ( I used tropolite which has sugar so I didn't add sugar)
  2. Melt dark chocolate in micro 30 sec twice. Stiring in between. ( if lumpy melt for 20sec more)
  3. Add in fresh amul cream & mix till both are combined well.
  4. Mix in whipped cream & fold gently till mixed well. Mousse is ready.
  5. Put the mousse in a piping bag & pipe neatly in bowls , shot glasses or in anything of yr choice.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream cool in fridge for abt an hour before serving.

My Tip:

U can use milk compound too if u do not like the bitter taste of the dark compound. Lil coffee can also be added to the chocolate after melted.
