ABOUT Cinnamon Swirl Cheesy Egg Sandwich RECIPE

A special breakfast with this extra special sandwich.Pamper your better half with this delicious cinnamon flavoured sandwich with melted cheese and a nice eggilicious taste.Simple,quick and just like your romance,nice,crispy n soft from outside but flavourful n oozing with love from inside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Bread Slices - 6-8
Eggs - 2
Cucumber - 1(sliced)
Tomato -2(sliced)
Salt - as per taste
Pepper - l/4th tsp
Fresh Cream - 1/2cup
Sugar - 2 tsp
Cinnamon pd.- 1/2 tsp
Milk - 2tsp
Cheese Slices - 6-8

Instructions

Add sugar to the cream .Mix well ,keep aside.
Add salt to the cucumber and tomato slices.Keep aside.
Beat the eggs till frothy,add cinnamon pd.,milk .Mix well.Add salt and keep aside
Now take a slice of bread.Smear a lil of the cream mixture ,spread evenly.Top it with another slice.Arrange the cucumber and tomato slices over it,sprinkle some pepper pd.Cover it with a cheese slice.
Dip this whole sandwich in the egg mix.Similarly prepare all the sandwiches and shallow fry them in a non-stick pan till they are slightly golden .
