Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Marination
  2. 500 gm chicken pcs
  3. 1 tbsp ginger & Garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp turmaric powder
  6. 1/4 cup hang curd
  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. Chicken masala preparation
  9. 1 To 2 tejpatta
  10. 1/4 cup hung curd
  11. 1 cup onion paste
  12. 2 tbsp cashunut paste
  13. 2 tbsp ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriender leaves paste
  14. 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  15. 1 tsp garam masala
  16. 1 tsp coriender seeds powder
  17. 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  18. 2 tbsp coriender leaves
  19. salt to taste
  20. oil
  21. Vegetables cube cuts
  22. 1 medium onion
  23. 1 medium tomato
  24. 1 medium green capsicum

Instructions

  1. Take chicken wash & remove from remaining water
  2. Now marinate the chicken with hung curd, ginger , garlic paste, lemon juice , salt, turmaric powder mix well with chicken keep in refrigerator for 20 to 25 min
  3. Now take kadai or vessel add oil heat add tejpatta, onion paste suate till cook, then add ginger , garlic , green chilli, coriender leaves paste mix well in onion paste stir continuously
  4. Now add all masalas red chilli powder, garam masala, coriender seeds powder, cumin seeds powder, salt to taste , chopped coriender leaves mix well
  5. Now add cashunut paste mix well then add hund curd stir to 2 to 3 min
  6. Add marinated chicken mix well all ingredients to it.
  7. Add 1 cup hot water mix nicely , cover with lid to 10 min
  8. Now add onion , tomato, capsicum mix again cover the lid 5 to 8 min do not over cook
  9. Garnish with coriender leaves
  10. Serve with roti , naan, bread, rice
