Carrot Muffin

Ingredients to make Carrot Muffin

  • maida 2 cup
  • powder sugar 1 cup
  • Warm Milk 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  • baking soda 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
  • butter half cup
  • carrot 1 cup grated
  • Whipped cream 1 katori
  • Red and green cheery 2 tablespoon
  • Sprinklers ur choice

How to make Carrot Muffin

  1. In a bowl sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl take butter and powder sugar ND beat it till it becomes fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix it.
  4. Add dry mixture into wet mixture and mix it, add carrot and again mix it.
  5. Add warm milk and make a smooth paste.
  6. Greese muffin moulds and put 2 tbsp of mixture in a each mould.
  7. Pre heat microwave for 3 min . Put the moulds in it and bake it on 100 degree for 4 min
  8. Your carrot muffin ready. Take whipped cream in icing bag and put it on Carrot muffin​..
  9. In every muffin put different cherries or sprinklers as your choice.
  10. Carrot muffins are ready.
