Dont need anone else to share this yummilious preparation of mine. Too light to enjoy sweetness.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour 3/4cup
  2. Castor sugar 3/4cup
  3. Regular butter 1/2cup
  4. Eggs 3
  5. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  6. Lemon juice 2tbsp
  7. For icing: lemon juice 1/2cup
  8. Castor sugar 1cup
  9. Vanilla essence 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and flour altogether.
  2. Add butter and eggs to this flour mixture.
  3. Blending all these ingredients into inseparable creamy texture makes this cake more light.
  4. Finally add lemon juice to it and blend one more time and you can watch it foaming.
  5. Pour this mixture into an already greased tin.
  6. Bake on 160'0 for first 20minutes and then for 10minutes on 180'0 in an oven.
  7. Get the icing ready while your cake cools.
  8. Whisk sugar,lemon juice and vanilla essence to make a smooth and pourable paste.
  9. Finally pour your icing over the cake and enjoy eating.
