Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Besan - 1 cup
  2. Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  3. Kasoori Methi - 1 teaspoon
  4. Saunf (pissi) - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Mustard Oil - 1 teaspoon
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste & Green chilli Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chopped Onion - 2 Tablespoon
  9. Salt - 2 Pinch

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with water to make a thick but soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough and make small balls.
  3. Roll the dough balls into a slightly thick roti shape.
  4. Preheat the tawa and cook the missi roti with or without oil as preferred.
  5. Garnish with butter and serve with a gravy dish.
