ABOUT Say it with Truffle RECIPE

Mouth melting and boozy truffles enough to kindle the romance :-)

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dark Chocolate 200 gms roughly chopped
  2. Rum (Old Monk) 2 tbsp
  3. Cream 1/2 cup
  4. Cocoa powder 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave proof glass bowl.
  2. Heat cream on sim until a boil.
  3. Pour this cream on the chocolate.
  4. Stir until chocolate is melted and all blended well.
  5. Add Rum to it.
  6. Stir again.
  7. Let this mix sit in the refrigerator for half an hour
  8. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  9. Take out the mix.
  10. Roll out small balls from this mix.
  11. Let it sit for another 10 min.
  12. Take it out and enjoy.
